Comment 65 for bug 125970

About all the recent WFM comments:

1) If you're testing this with a relatively new machine, pull your task manager
up and check CPU usage. You may be surprised how much is going on, even if you
can't see it. See Comment 40.

2) Back when I was really trying to isolate this bug, it seemed like it only
started showing up after a certain something happened--fine up to a point, and
then suddenly slow--but I could never find out what that something was.

For what it's worth, the bungie site is still ridiculously slow for my machine
using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050107
Firefox/1.0+

Should we update the URL to http://www.bungie.net/, since the w3c scrollbar site
doesn't (visibly) show this bug on most people's machines?
