My system is fast enough at this point that I don't ever _notice_ encountering
this bug. Apparently I still do, though. On this page, and on the two Greg
mentioned, I tried measuring CPU load while scrolling by holding down the arrow
keys:
On this page, CPU use capped at ~10%
On both other pages, CPU use capped at ~80%
Both appear fine from my viewpoint, but obviously mozilla's working a lot harder
when fixed elements are involved.
