roc+moz: I have just tested my testcase in (not so) nightly mozilla build on
Linux, and it seems that the problem is not as apparent, if there is any slow
downs at all, as my gtk2 phoenix build (which uses XP scrollbar...), so I
suspect my testcase is deomonstrating another problem other than general
slowness (or I have broken my source tree).
