I'm still pretty salty that my one and only idea post received a bunch of inexplicable downvotes (I mean, who wouldn't want to be sent to an instance of the tower with 15 other guardians all interested in doing the same activity??), but your ideas are fantastic for multiple reasons. They're balanced, don't involve immediate gratification, and--most importantly--would be relatively easy to implement.
