Actually, with Firefox 3 (which is in Hardy Heron 8.04), clicking the favicon brings up some summary information about the page.
I like this idea because most of the people who switch to Ubuntu will be accustom to Windows and Mac versions of Firefox, which have the single-click-highlight feature. When they click on the Ubuntu version of Firefox url, they will be thrown by the change. I support having a little consistency with crossover programs. Firefox should be Firefox everywhere.
