We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can the bug report now be closed? If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.

Hi @paulw2u

I'm not anymore use this Ubuntu version. It's a good Idea to flew over all ancient open Bugreports and close the not anymore needed.

But please, don't forget the new One.

I know you have not an easy job. But you are the distribution with the promise to be easy and nice to use. Sou you get potentially Bugreports from not that professional Users.

Please pass this on to your supervisor:

Please. Enhance your Bugreporting Tools. From the Desktop App which should be able to record a window if I wish (AND SHOULD BE CONTROLLED OVER GUI). And your Website which should look better then some cryptic old shit. And be able to auto process the data from the desktop app to reduce the data to add into a bugreport. I use Proprietary Software (SolidWorks) with better Bugreporting and service requesting tools. You as Canonical, I experienced you as a Company with fresh Ideas with the vision to try new Paths. But, that you are able to do that you should be able to handle your doings and get as high Quality feedback as possible and that from a non professional user. Please give us tools to do what we can with that knowledge we have.

Best and hopefully regards,
Adlerhorst

Adlerhorst, I'm just an Ubuntu user like you. I don't work for Canonical. I'm just clearing out old long forgotten bug reports to make life easier for everyone at Canonical and within the Ubuntu community.

Marking this as "Invalid" as the issue was never actually confirmed.
