Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
When hovering over a vertical or horizontal splitter, the mouse cursor changes to a "resize east" or "resize north" respectively. It should change to a "resize east-west" or "resize north-south".
To reproduce, right click on a page and choose "View Page Info" - click on the media tab and hover over the splitter.
For the vertical splitter, click on the "bookmarks -> manage bookmarks" menu item and hover over the splitter.
