That's the behavior it had in Seamonkey (then Mozilla suite) after the last time I touched it. If someone broke things since, we should fix them, of course. It might be good to have a new clean bug with just this, not the various other changes people want to make here, as the goal, and just fix it in the Firefox unknown content dialog.

I think I'm done here, since this bug is getting really spammy, just like every single other bug I've seen on this issue.
