I can confirm the Bug on Win XP, Firefox 1.0.2.

On my Linux machine with Firefox 1.0.1 (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US;
rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050311 Firefox/1.0.1) it works great, but the
"Autoscroll-Icon", which normally appears, doesn't appear.
