default Add-ons for Firefox 3.5.3 not compatible

The first time I started Firefox, the default Add-ons for Karmic's Firefox 3.5.3 (Tools>Add-ons>[Firefox (en-GB) 3.0.7 & Xulrunner (en-GB) 1.9.08]) popped up a window and reported "Not compatible with Firefox 3.5.3" but buttons to Enable or Uninstall are greyed out.

May be related to bug referring to multiple language Add-ons installed.
