An upgrade from FF3 to FF3.5 made Google Reader unbearably slow. I can see blocks rendering when scrolling. Reader was pretty slow in FF3 (only on Linux, on windows it's VERY snappy), but now it's almost unusable.
Everything else, including most javascript-heavy pages is faster, so this is surprising.
