Is it that hard to add an about:config option for it?
Why FORCE users to have a different experience ONLY in Firefox 3.5? As it was mentioned before, Windows usually displays the busy cursor while content is loading.

Why not use the mixed busy+normal cursor(no idea how it's called, I mean the one which has a regular arrow but a small busy icon below it) in this case?
