Could this bug please be made blocking 3.5? It's really a shame large new features are added to the browser, while extremely annoying bugs like this one aren't fixed.

Please do realize this bug enables a very simple DoS: just link 50 images from an external site which requires basic auth, and most users will kill their browser in despair. Clicking 'cancel' 50 times *IN THE RIGHT ORDER* is no fun at all.

So, *please* don't release ff 3.5 without this fix. It's essential.
