Session restore is basically useless for me because of this. Frequently when I have to restore I wind up with a mess of my tabs with an "Untitled" title, and the little spinner going forever until I close the tab. My best guess is whatever was trying to load in that tab gave up when the passwords weren't immediately available at restore time. This is a dataloss issue, because many of the tabs don't actually restore because of this.
