WFM using latest branch on Mac. Loaded 2 tabs, each with your example URL. Restarted browser with session restore enabled. I got prompted for credentials only once, and after entering them, both tabs loaded fine.

Hm, I'd wonder about platform difference, except justdave is also on Mac...
