I do not have 'master password' enabled, but after FF3 restart if I had 10 tabs opened with the same site (password protected), I'm prompted for the password 10 times. This *is* annoying. In FF2 I was prompted once, and all other tabs with same website were "waiting" until I enter the password, and then opened.
