This happens all the time with Firefox 2.0, but it's a little more tricky to get it to happen with Minefield.
With Firefox 2.0: hovering the top Flash banner in the site given above always makes the cursor flicker (happens because of the scrolling text below it).
With Minefield: sometimes you can get the same behavior as Firefox 2, more or less randomly (depends on various factors, like lost focus, it seems). What happens everytime, however, is when your cursor is out of the banner, and you then move it over the banner. It will flicker for a split second at first (from "arrow" to "hand" pointer), then the "hand" pointer will stay.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move your cursor over the Flash banner
Actual Results:
Cursor flickers (can cause lag too).
