When trying to open a window on a second screen I would except to get a window there using the same profile as the first screen (I believe this means two screens sharing the same instance). Actually, some sort of flag to define the behaviour would be great, especially when it comes to opening links!

I believe that the attached patch _is_ an improvement (links in Thunderbird for instance). However, it does _not_ solve this bug at all.

Also, Fluxbox won't switch focus to the workspace when a link is opened, it won't even focus Firefox at all! (But I don't consider that an issue)
