I had to fight several times against this bug for a simple reason.

1) register to a web site chossing the login "MyLogin" and the password "xxx".
2) Firefox suggest to remember the password, I choose YES
3) I receive the confirmation link by mail and I try to login
4) It does not work because the web site automatically converted "MyLogin" to "mylogin"

e.g. http://joomlacode.org

When I choose to enter "mylogin", if I do not explicitly choose the suggested value "MyLogin", Firefox should NOT automatically change my entered value in the form!
