If you try to log in to a site that uses case sensitive usernames and accidentally has Firefox remember a username with wrong case there is no way to log in anymore without deleting the saved username/pass.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.inluppar.com/logintest/
2. Enter username "user" and password "pass" and press "Log in"
3. You will get an error saying login failed but save password anyway
4. Go back and try to login with username "User" and password "pass"

Actual Results:
Username is changed to "user" and login fails and there is no way to login while the incorrect username is saved

Expected Results:
Firefox should accept the case-altered username and send that instead.

This affects branch and trunk, but not 3.0.*
