Don't you thinks this is same?! :)
Anyway - PSM Help uses "127.0.0.1"
You could see it by clicking on HELP in PSM and then close
the window appears before it loads HTML page inside.

Then new window opens - and it is normal Mozilla window so you could see
URL yourself.
