It works only the first time. Let's say that you want to send two attachments in an email or one in two different emails, the first time would be ok, then that's it. No further chance. If you cancel the first time, you have no second chance neither. The browse / select / upload file button freezes, but not the applications. I experienced it on Firefox while using my corporate webmail and with Wordpress. The good news: Yahoo Mail is the exception and ok. That's the bypass I have to use while sending files and I don't want to restart the whole machine... It is pretty annoying. For Wordpress, it requires me to start a ftp session for uploading the files I need to post.
