Very good that this is assigned to someone. I'm using Firefox 2.0.1 in Linux and this is really very annoing. Installed flash 9.0 and quite often if there is a a flash advertisement on a page no shortucts work. Clicking outside the focus area is just another way to get more RSI ;)
