When the bookmark sidebar is opened, right click on "Bookmarks Toolbar",
"Bookmarks Menu", or "Unsorted Bookmarks", then select properties.
That will open a dialog whose title is "Properties for "null""
instead of replacing null with the name of the bookmark preconfigured folder.

I made an update from firefox 2 to firefox 3RC1 using the firefox 3RC1 installer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the bookmark side bar
2. Right click on a preconfigured top level bookmark folder (e.g., "Bookmarks Toolbar")
3. click on properties
Actual Results:
the dialog title is "Properties for "null""

Expected Results:
the dialog title should be "Properties for Bookmarks Toolbar"

Sounds like a localization issue, even if it is weird it passed RC1 QA tests.
