My nipples are not the same shape or size. Seriously, one breast has this great little nipple and the other has this big saucer of a thing. It has taken me a while come to accept that my body just looks like this.

I will go a different route than the rest (and get downvoted)...if you want/can afford surgery, GET IT. Areola surgery is minor and easy. If I didnt develop keloids I would do it myself.
