Printing works for me if I change the following lines in the printer ppd file from

*FoomaticRIPOptionSetting PageSize=Custom: " -dDEVICEWIDTHPOINTS=0 -dD&&
EVICEHEIGHTPOINTS=0"

to

*FoomaticRIPOptionSetting PageSize=Custom: ""
