I had two NFS mounts in my fstab, one from my home network and one from the office network. Given it was a laptop, both were set as "noauto", and mounted manually as required.

Apparently, it was trying to mount the home share while I was at the office, but I can't remember if I clicked accidentally on the icon of the Gnome mount applet, or if it happened in the GTK file dialog.

Anyway, I don't have this machine anymore and I have not configured NFS on the new one yet.

I keep this report under the pillow to remember to set up NFS and trying to reproduce the bug.
