Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

 /usr/share/menu/firefo is missing from the package 2.0.0.8+2nobinonly-0ubuntu1, and update-menus doesn't add firefox to WindowMaker menu. The file was present in 2.0.0.8+1nobinonly-0ubuntu1 version of the package. Any ideas why it was dropped?

I confirm this bug (I hadn't found it first, so I had filled a duplicate #160452, sorry).
It is not only problematic for WindowMaker but also for Fluxbox users, and it probably affects other window managers too.
I observed the bug on multiple fresh installs of gutsy and it is also reported by other users on the web.

This was fixed by providing a /usr/share/menu/firefox-3.0 file in Firefox 3.0.
