Just downloaded Mozilla 1.5 and Firebird 0.7, and suddenly this is WFM -- CPU
use in all cases is below 10%, and scrolling's beautiful (apart from the
scrollbar overpaint).

The 1.5 Release notes said something about fixing windows GDI paint problems.
Maybe that's what this problem was? That'd make sense given the fact that having
a non-mozilla window hovering over the mozilla window caused the same problem.
What bug was that?
