Binary package hint: filezilla

Please consider giving an UVF exception to FileZilla 3.0.0, final version, as we currently have an RC version.

I've successfully tested this new version, and I'm subscribed to bugmail of this package so that I'll be aware of any problem that could appear with it.

See attached the NEWS file (which contains the main changes since the current version we have, RC1), a diffstat and the build log.

   * Upstream now ships a .desktop file and its .png icon:
      - debian/filezilla.{desktop,xpm}: dropped

   * Upstream now ships the translations in /usr/share/locale/ instead of
     /usr/share/filezilla/locales/:
      - debian/filezilla-locales.install: updated
      - debian/filezilla-locales.dirs: dropped
   * debian/filezilla-common.docs: added README
