Confirming bug in Oneric (11.10) (x64) for cyrillic (Win 1251) filenames.

Reinstallation of rar as stated in post #46 by Artem fixes the issues.

In terminal:
sudo apt-get remove rar
sudo apt-get remove --purge unrar
sudo apt-get install unrar
