The free drivers are crap.

Ubuntu is a seriously awesome Linux distribution and a lot of people use it to introduce newbies to Linux.

We can't put our best foot forward with a broken remote desktop solution because nobody wants to accept responsibility for the problem.

If this was a tiny distro like Tiny Core things would be different, but Ubuntu is a multi-national corporation and there's just no excuse for this.

You guys need to get together with someone at AMD and work this problem out instead of just throwing up your hands and saying it's AMD's problem.
