Same with me on a Sony Vaio VPC-EB17FG with an[AMD Radeon HD 5000M Series card. I also downloaded and installed the latest ATI drivers from the AMD web site (amd-driver-installer-12-1-x86.x86_64.run).

I also have Virtualbox installed and use it to connect to my company VPN (via Windows XP). This alsmost always happens on shutdown after using the XP vm for a while.

I've attached the output from the crash command.
