The perfect test is Final Fantasy XIV via Wine 1.3.5. The game worked fine if i install the 10.9 drivers, but if i reboot X will die so i'm forced to use the drivers in Synaptic Package manager which are version "2:8.780-0ubuntu2" which are indeed what the problem is....Is there any plans to have this problem fixed so the "2:8.780-0ubuntu2" drivers will work with wine properly like 10.9 originally can?

Wine is not the issue here because until i restart by installing the 10.9 drivers via ATI the games work fine, once i install the default maverick drivers via Synaptic Package manager BAM, i'm screwed with wine.....
