package fglrx 2:8.723.1-0ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

The bug was from a live disk of ubuntu 10.04.1 x64 with enough space to install. Maybe it is not only related to this package, i have received an error from a initramfs-tools install triggered by fglrx.
