Bug Description

Hi, thanks for your works first, after I installed the latest version "2:8.600-0ubuntu2" fglrx, it really fix some problems: the vedio will not flicker.

But I've got a bug on my laptop: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650, when you resize the window, or to maximize, minimize, it'll take 2-3s pause. Thanks again.

Yes, it's most likely that issue (marking as dup). Note that using the X server version in the nobackfill PPA will introduce momentary graphics corruption / noise but it will run faster with no such pauses. If your card is supported by the -ati driver that might give you the best of both worlds (no corruption and no performance problems).
