It was. It has just been updated to:
sudo apt-get --reinstall install xserver-xorg-video-intel

This also was incorrect. This has been updated to:
sudo apt-get -y install fglrx
As well, could you also please try the PPA with instead:
sudo apt-get -y install fglrx-updates
