This file looks fine so could you check whether there are any log files in the /var/log/dist-upgrade directory and if yes, can you attach them to this bug please? Can you also confirm whether this issue occurred during an upgrade to Karmic or while installing or upgrading individual packages? Finally, if you could translate the error message you have above to English, this would help us identify the source of the problem.
