Comment 0 for bug 1788542

To reproduce install a fresh install of lubuntu 18.10 and then open featherpad and type any email address such as <email address hidden> and click open link on it. I get a falkon browser saying chrome-error://chromewebdata/ that never finishes loading. If I open htop I get 100 percent CPU useage from a proccess invoking falcon mailto:<email address hidden> or the other email address you clicked as this happens for every email address.

I expected either an way to email but since 18.10 doesn't quite have an email client I expected something like a popup saying error opening the mailto address.
