Comment 4 for bug 216383

I am having the same problem under Hardy, no @ sign involved; it started happening after importing some photos from a Canon camera. Now trying to display any photo, even those that previously displayed OK, either in the window or fullscreen, produces an image like the screenshot above. The thumbnails are displayed OK. Other users on the same machine are not affected; they can use f-spot normally.
