Bug Description

I recently upgraded my laptop from dapper to hardy 8.04 xubuntu. I tried to create a launcher from "Desktop -> Right Click -> Create Launcher" but it crashes when I about to type anything in the first text box of create launcher window i.e. "Name". Its just exiting. But strangely if I type anything in other text boxes like "Comment" or "Command" its remains there, but crashing when I type any single letter in "Name" textbox. It was working before upgrade.

If I am trying to edit anything in existing shortcuts from RightClick --> Edit Launcher, the window crashing. In this case its even crashing if I press tab or any key or even drag the window by mouse or touchpad !! Also note, if I am creating new launcher from 'Desktop -> Right Click -> Create Launcher' and then press tab or drag the window - its NOT crashing!!
