@Adam Actually, Chis is interpreting his data correctly. It isn't until the make has been set that an operation will be effective under that make, however his example is hard to follow because the set make operation should not be the one being timed. The set operation is only effective on the next command so the commands that are relevant to the Nikon camera slow down are after it is set to Nikon.
