Florian has submitted a patch, and I have made it available.
The Debian archive has exim4 4.60-2, which has the patch in
debian/patches/37_dns_disable_additional_section.dpatch. The patch is
not applied though since it needs more testing.
exim4 4.60-2+zg1, which has been built against sid with the patch enabled
exim4 4.60-2~zg1, which has been built against sarge with the patch enabled and is thus a backport
exim4 4.50-8sarge1~pre1, which is exim 4.50-8 from sarge with the patch applied (no changes necessary): This is a possible
candidate for sarge-volatile and stable-proposed-updates.
Please test at your convenience.
