Age is irrellevant, and the only way you can call CAcert a company is if you
thought Mozilla Foundation was also a company. Until MF (or more specifically
Frank Hecker) comes up with and finalises a policy for inclusion that doesn't
involve webtrust things will still be in limbo on this topic, as it's a little
hard to comply with a policy that doesn't exist.
