The "product" referred to is not an actual software product like Mozilla,
Firefox, etc. It simply refers to the fact that you can use bugzilla to submit a
request for mozilla.org staff (or their representatives) to take some action;
such bugs are filed by setting the "product" field to be "mozilla.org". We then
use the "component" field in bugzilla to track exactly which action is being
requested of mozilla.org. In this case it's now possible to submit requests for
CA certificates to be included by filing a bug with the "product" field set to
"mozilla.org" and the "component" field set to "CA certificates".

So, to sum up, what happened was that all the bugs relating to including CA
certificates were modified to set the product and component fields according to
the above scheme.
