patch to add cacert.org's root cert to builtins

I haven't been following the discussions in the newsgroups so I don't know
whether this patch is even welcome, but here it is, take it or leave it.
Produced with "cvs diff -u security/nss/lib/ckfw/builtins/" in the SeaMonkey
tree, i.e. against NSS tag NSS_CLIENT_TAG. It won't normally apply because of
CVS keyword substitution - I don't know what I'm supposed to do to produce a
valid patch. (Any advice is welcome, of course.) I'll edit the diff to leave
out the hunks with the keywords and post that.
