It appears from my personal experience that CAcert is still controlled by one
person (Duane Groth) and that the board is really just elected at the annual
meetings, and does not really do anything. If anyone would like more
information, email me direct.

I withdraw my endorsement of CAcert being included into Mozilla products (FWIW).
