to me the problem is this:
(evolution:4179): camel-WARNING **: Failed to initialize NSS SQL database in sql:/etc/pki/nssdb: NSS error -8126

this error came and gone during system update.
some time an update stop evolution from initialize NSS SQL some time an update make evolution work well.
