The issue is unfortunately hard to reproduce these days, since it happens less often than at the time of first bug report. Still appears sometimes on different installations/machines.

Unfortunetely the wiki seems to be quite dead and unmaintained, the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs page has dead links for most of the main entries ( e.g. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs to empty https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/ReportingBugs https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/HowToFix).
