Same problem over here,

Version is GNOME evolution 2.26.0, compiled from source yesterday (around jaunty beta release day)
using apt-get source of all dependencies on an Intrepid 8.10. Should I open a new bug,
since I'm not talking about 2.25.9x ?

Remote end seems to be Exchange 2000, as reported by the help in the OWA.

The system crashes on authentication, before activating the "next" button in the wizard.

I am happy to enable any further debugging, just ask.
